Okay, when the person you edit for sends you the most recent story, and your first reaction to it is to be incoherent with glee about its goodness? It's going to be either really easy or incredibly hard to beta.

In other news, today was the first choir Sunday at church, and the offertory anthem we did was so much fun to sing. We also ended up singing one of my favorite hymns, "I Come With Joy", which never fails to make me happy when I sing it.

Anyone have a song like that? That they can never sing/listen to without it making them happier than they were before hand? I've noted that most of the ones that do that for me are religious in nature.

Incoherent with glee? Wow...That's about how I felt when I finished it, actually.

Yeah, there's a song for me: "In Christ Alone". Gives me chills every time and usually makes my day. And "100 Years" by Five for Fighting, but it doesn't have quite the same effect. More of a sigh-ful happy than a upwelling of joy.

Yeah, 100 Years always makes me happy too.

And yes, incoherent with glee. As in bouncing around in my chair, and later around the dorm room. Reminds me of how I felt when I looked at the first reviews of our first fic. And this isn't even a happy story!

;D No, it's not...

Well, I didn't bounce but I did grin stupidly at the computer screen for several minutes, giggling randomly like a madman.

It's amazingly fun to do that, isn't it?
