(no subject)

Back at school, after one of the most relaxing Thanksgiving breaks I can remember. Aside from the shock of finding out that my brother decided to bleach his hair until it turned strawberry blond, and finding out that he's being a lot more, well, adventurous than I ever was my freshman year of college. Okay, a lot more adventurous than I am now, as a senior in college. Still, he's keeping it reasonable, and he knows his limits, so I'm not too worried about anything happening to him. Aside from freezing when his room's heater decides it isn't going to function, that is.

I spent most of the trip there and back geeking out with my ride, and I think we came up with some good ideas for our clubs next semester, as well as having interesting discussions on religion. It helps when both of us are willing to start out with the basic premise that all Christians are crazy, to one degree or another. Counting myself in among that group of crazies, of course.

And I got back into town in time to give jediravenclaw a back massage. She's apparently had knots for a good deal of the break. Nice to know I can still turn my friends into mush within ten minutes of beginning the massage.

My roommate is off studying at the library, so I'm going to curl up with a nice hot cup of tea and a couple of old fanfics and enjoy the last few hours of break before school begins again.
