Dec. 17th, 2008 05:15 pmAn ice storm, watching Doctor Who episodes on a laptop, and making spinach rolls to take to a Christmas party.
*double-checks* Yes, I still am in Dayton. Though a list like that has me nearly convinced that I'd wound up back at UE.
On the definitely still in Dayton side of the equation, however, was my massage class yesterday. We worked through the practical portion of the test in about ten minutes, and then spent the rest of the class time partnering up for massages with the teacher coming around to show us how to work problem areas. When she felt my back, especially my trapezius, I got an "Oh, Margaret!" out of her, and she then told my partner that it would take the teacher several sessions to even begin to get at the root of those knots, so she shouldn't worry if she couldn't fix it during that massage.
I definitely inherited my mother's shoulders. Constantly tensed up until it feels like a block of wood.
Also, my brother is home. I has a baby brother who is here and being a cool little brother who watches Doctor Who episodes with me. *squees*

Date: 2008-12-18 12:33 pm (UTC)Thomas and I are going to be out during the day on Saturday at a church retreat.
Sunday is our tree-trimming party after church, do you want to come to that? I've invited Jessica, she's not sure whether she'll be there yet, but she'll be home by then.
I have the noogies sitting here waiting for you.
