See, that actually makes sense as a reason to dislike Ziva, or at least the writers of that episode for putting her and Gibbs into that scenario. Admittedly, Gibbs has done a lot of emotional/psychological pressure of suspects as well, so the first run through of the episode, I didn't catch it as much.
(As a practical point of view, I'm pretty sure that if NCIS were real life, Ziva would have been forced to sit through a few weeks of mandatory training on suspect's rights, proper interrogation procedure, basic investigation techniques/crime scene 101, and NCIS regulations before she ever went near a case.)
