mari4212Going and eating good home-cooked food with a friend of mine will never stop being fun. Especially when there's a cute cat demanding our attention, lots of good conversation, and he shows me new and fun bits of internet culture at the same time.
And also, pesto-crusted scallops are both incredibly tasty, and very easy to make. This is good news.
Other accomplishments for the day involved not getting caught outside in more than three separate thunderstorm bursts, writing more bits of fanfic (will repost up here soon), and taking the first steps towards getting a Washington State massage license. I need to send in a request for verification of my license from Ohio State Boards, and then I can send everything off to get processed.
But really, a friend and food, who wouldn't be happy?
(BTW,sirutka, I demand first dibs on tasting the cashew and dried berry candied nuts, when you make them. I helped come up with them, I should get to beta-test, right?
