mari4212I'll update later with news about my weekend, but I'm asking for a prayer request right now.
Liz has been a friend of my family for a long time. We're talking about fifteen years now or more. I've been there at her wedding, I've been babysitting her kids since the oldest boy was one. For the past few years, her mother has been dealing with cancer, and for the past few months, she's been slowly dying. And poor Liz has been dealing with her mother dying and with being the person everyone in her family has relied upon during all of this. This morning, Liz called me up to let me know that her mother died last night.
So, if you have a chance today and you're religious in any respect, please send up a prayer or two? And even if you don't have any religious leanings, please think a few good thoughts for Liz. She's dealing with a lot.
