1. Minerva has always loved Albus Dumbledore. She never said anything about it, and neither did he, though he had to have known. She's still not sure whether or not she regrets that, now that he's gone.

2. Helga knew from the start that her housemembers were going to be underestimated. She planned for it.

3. Neville's parents are more aware of what's going on than they're given credit for. They see and understand everything around them, it's just that they can't control their bodies enough to communicate.

4. When Tom Riddle was fourteen, he had a crush on Minerva. She was completely oblivious to it all.

5. Arthur Weasley knows exactly how foolish he appears to be about Muggle things. He doesn't care.

6. When Sirius left home, Regulus wasn't sure whether he was angrier about him leaving the family, or that he didn't take his little brother with him.

7. Andromeda taught Narcissa a Muggle lullaby once, before the tensions in the family broke them apart for good. She sang it to Draco when he was fussing.

8. That last year at Hogwarts, Draco overheard a Muggle-born Hufflepuff singing it, and stopped in the middle of the library to listen to it all the way through. He made sure no one saw him doing so.

9. Petunia has nightmares, sometimes, where Lily comes to her. She never says anything, just looks at her with this disappointed look on her face.

10. Susan Bones has had a crush on Harry since their fifth year. She's kind of glad he's so unaware, it helps her keep her dignity.

11. Once a month, all the female staff members at Hogwarts get together for drinks and a gossip section. The men know better than to intrude.

12. Fred and George Weasley, on the other hand, did try at least once to sneak in and see what was going on. The only thing they found out was that Professor Sprout can hex someone into protoplasm with her eyes closed.

13. They never misbehaved in Herbology again.

14. This tradition is decades old, you know. James and Sirius didn't try to sneak in, because Remus threatened to dye their skin lime green with pink polka dots. They did, however, start a rumor that the female teachers were having orgies on those nights.

15. Ron and Harry can't keep a secret from Hermione. She, on the other hand, keeps a lot of things secret from them. Some things teenage boys really don't need to know.

16. For one, Viktor Krum. Yeah, he definitely was a bit more than just a friend.

17. For another, neither Ron or Harry know what their reputations are amoung the female Gryffindors. It's a bit amusing, that.

18. Snape has a secret fondness for a series of Muggle films. The Star Wars trilogy, to be exact. Not even Dumbledore knew about it.

19. He hates Gothic novels with a passion, however. In his opinion,Wuthering Heights would have been far better had someone simply killed both of the main characters in the first chapter.

20. When the war is over for good, Percy decides to make one gesture of reconciliation with his father. He books him on an airline flight to Canada, and makes sure that Arthur gets to go up front and view the cockpit. He doesn't sign the card that came with the tickets, but he didn't disguise his handwriting either.

I completely agree with you on #15, and I completely agree with Snape about Wuthering Heights.

Hey, I completely agree with Snape on Wuthering Heights. Those two seriously needed a good slapping, at the minimum.

All of them together? *blinks* That would be one seriously odd fanfic.

#5 - nope. Not because Minerva wouldn't be crushable upon (although I don't think she was at Hogwarts at that point - she said in OotP that she started 27 years previously, and that was in the sixties.) but because Tom Riddle is such a classic sociopath that I believe Rowling researched it. And sociopaths are incapable of crushes because they just don't care about anyone else.
