mari4212I did not kill any small children today.
This should be taken as proof of how much I love them, considering that the boy we're potty-training has gotten good at peeing in the toilet, but still considers his underwear the perfect spot to defecate.
I did my first babysit of the infant, who was acting like most infants of that age. The basic rule for children that young is to keep both ends properly maintained, cuddle while awake, and let them sleep as long as possible. She was in a catnap mood today, so she'd drift off just long enough that I'd feel safe putting her down, then she'd wake up again. Yeah, lots of cuddle time.
I've been taking care of small children all day. I'm ready for my own naptime.
On the plus side, we're planning a really good dinner, Doctor Who starts tonight, and I get to go to Proctor for a bit tomorrow and then hang out with![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
lady_tigerfish in the afternoon.
And then I'll be back to more babysitting tomorrow evening. We'll see how that goes. I think I'm going to end up doing any Hogsmeade stuff on Sunday afternoon. Or late tonight. Sorry Badgers.
