Jul. 10th, 2007 10:24 pmThunderstorms!
We had two separate thunderstorms today, of the sheeting rain, loud peals of thunder, turn off the computer variety.
It's probably a sign of my family's particular brand of insanity that the second thunderstorm had Mom and I bantering about God and various archangels bowling, and what each particular peal of thunder translated into as far as their bowling score.
As I recall, God bowled a split, Michael gutterballed, Uriel got around seven or eight pins knocked down, and Ariel managed a strike. Gabriel was keeping score.
Yeah, it's probably a good thing God has a great sense of humor. Otherwise my family would be in serious trouble.

Date: 2007-07-11 10:27 am (UTC)there were a few droplets of rain, but nothing to blink at.
lol at gabriel keeping score. is there reasoning on how you decided who bowled what? or just a random thing?
for me, i imagined that rain = watering the earth, lightning = flashlight, thunder = bowling.
