girliness.
Jul. 16th, 2007 11:14 pmWe took Elizabeth out wedding dress shopping this evening. And I'm exhausted, even if I wasn't the one trying on things. But we think we've found the dress for her. It's just utterly suited to her, and she sparkles in it. Of course, it's sufficiently complex in the lacework and beading, so we're thinking it'll be more cost-effective to just buy it rather than make it. We can make my dress a much simpler form of it, and see what the other bridesmaid wants to wear.
I'd be more squeeful if I wasn't so tired. It is beautiful, and I love it on her, but my brain's shut off.
And we also managed to find the shoes I'd fallen in love with. At a tremendous sale, so the shoes that started out at around 20 dollars now cost eight. Gleeness.
