Dec. 19th, 2007 09:28 pmFinally home.
Two days later than expected, due to a coolant line problem, with the guy at the shop telling us that it's a good thing we decided to play it safe, because at the rate it was going it would have blown out midway back on the drive if we'd tried to head back to Ohio on it as it was. *sighs* Five hundred dollars later, and we got back in one piece with no further problems.
Anyway, that meant that my father and brother got to see a bit more of UE and Evansville. Mainly Wesselman Woods, a nature preserve within (long) walking distance of campus. Dad figures we did about seven miles of walking, going to and from there and going along the trails. My shins were only moderately irked with me today, and Dad and Thomas certainly enjoyed the woods, so I'll call that a success.
Sleep is good now. Sleep sounds very good.
