May. 19th, 2008 12:29 pmOkay, I'm now back at school. I haven't got my computer set up, that'll probably be a few days from now, so I might be slightly less active on the flist for a bit.
The people I'm house-sitting for are still in town for the next few days, so I'm getting to know them a bit better. Mainly the kids, because apparently all three of them have decided in the space of a few hours that I'm the best thing since sliced bread and they've been taking turns hanging off of me. The Pied Piper effect has struck again.
Not that I really mind, to be honest. The kids all seem to be pretty great kids, and it's not hurting me any to be nice to them for a few days and let them play. Plus, it keeps them out of their parents' hair while they're getting everything ready to leave.
As far as classes go, I've had one so far, and it looks like it's going to be a lot of fun. The teacher is nice, and he's so far lectured well, getting the information across clearly while also being fun about it and engaging us. The source material is relatively easy to comprehend, I think, and it shouldn't be too hard of a class. Now, if I can only get my next teacher to tell me when and where the class is, that would be good.
