Dear brain,

I have one NCIS fic sitting mostly completed on my computer, waiting for me to write that last page or so of it. I also have the Peter chapter of my Narnia fic sitting around waiting to get worked on.

So why are you taunting me with NCIS/Doctor Who crossovers set in the last episode of DW season three? Why are you plotting out team Gibbs in post-apocalyptic DC, with Martha wandering through? Why do you do this to me?

Erm, yeah. Between that plotbunny and the desire to write a fic dealing with the episode, "Adam" of Torchwood, my brain is not doing any of the fics it should be doing.

In non-fandom related news, my brother is home on Spring Break. This? Is a very happy-making thing. My brother is fun and awesome.

If it helps any, I am tentatively planning an installment of my Rebel Yell series with this same basic premise. *g*

You know, I wrote out that premise and then realized it would fit in very well with your universe. I was torn, because I love your universe, and it would be nice to have Martha seeing some people she knew and trusted on this walkabout, but I also loved the more suspicious Gibbs reacting to Martha that would happen if he didn't know her or the Doctor.

...I might just settle for begging to beta-read your story if I'm free when you write it. Or if I write my own, there would then be two in the fandom. Which is not exactly a bad thing.

Very true! I never meant to discourage you from writing yours, just give you an excuse *if* you were looking for one. ;-)

Ziva will still be suspicious in mine. *grin* Since she and McGee got memory-wiped. But yeah, Gibbs will know her.

I might use the excuse, if my brain lets me. I'd love for it to just let me at least get the one Ziva fic done first.
