Riley and Audrey were reasonably well behaved, but even reasonably well behaved children can have you climbing the walls in ten seconds flat if you're in the wrong mood. Audrey decided that she didn't want me to make myself lunch, so she fussed every time I turned around. And it is almost impossible to tune out a fussy baby when you are tired and hot. And Riley decided that he wasn't capable of walking more than ten feet at a time without falling onto his bottom and screaming. On the plus side, after we put them down for their afternoon nap, both of them slept until their dads showed up.
And I'm catching a head cold. I'm spending most of my time too stuffed up to breath. Thank God for Vicks. It's the only thing letting me breath tonight.
