(no subject)

Right now, my favorite appliance is my microwave. It's cold out, and my fingers are doing their normal icical impression. But I have a cup of tea, straight from the microwave, and it's keeping my fingers nice and warm. I haven't actually drunk any of it yet, but that will come in time.

I suppose I should start working on my midrash for religion class. In some ways, I do like Dr. Stein a lot, but I do wish she'd give us more time on these assignments. Giving the requirements for the paper out ten days before it's due is pushing it.

:) I always disliked when professors only gave us a week or two 'cause while of course almost no one started before then it was nice to have the assignment percolating in your brain for a while before that.

The absolute last day of finals is the fourteenth, and I know that Sam has a final that day. We will both be able to leave on the fifteenth, that Thursday.

I can come down and pick you guys up on the evening of the 14th, by leaving after Thomas gets home, or from work at noon, if Elizabeth can pick up Thomas. That way, I only have to take off half a day.

That should work, I believe. I get done on Tuesday, and she should be done by two at the latest. I'll check in and make sure she's fine with leaving then.
