On the way home from the library today I picked up some chocolate for Mom. The past few days have been stressful in terms of babies. Audrey took a long nap today, over two hours. She was much better after that, and just sat with me and cuddled. Then her dad came over, and I went over to do a last minute babysitting job for a couple from church. It's actually pretty sad, as Barb has been called up to serve in the middle east. Not in Iraq, but there's still a lot of tension. Oksana, her oldest daughter is old enough to understand what's going on, but Audra doesn't know what's happening, she just knows that something upsetting is happening, and it is centering around her mother. We had a good time though, and Oksana demonstrated that it is possible for an eight-year-old to know more about technology than someone eleven years older than her.
