I have made my brother very happy today.

Two months ago, for his birthday, I promised him I'd pay up to fifteen dollars for his next video game. Today he took me up on it, and dragged me around to about three different stores before we found the game he'd been looking for for six months, Final Fantasy Seven. Cue happy little brother, who will finally be able to play this game all the way through. Apparently his last copy (also bought used) was so scratched up that it froze on the first disk right before the epic battle, and instead of having all three disks it had two copies of the second disk.

But I have done my older sister duty for the day and made him happy. We also managed to have a good talk as he was dragging me around to various stores, so the time was not wasted.

Final Fantasy VII, a good choice, nice and classic. Oh, and good job on being a good older sister.

Nice to know I've been racking in the good older sister points.

Very well, you score one for the big sisters of the world. But, as a little brother, let me remind you that this changes nothing...

The Brotherhood of Little Brothers Code still applies:

Rule Number One: Make big sister's life miserable.
Rule Number Two: See rule number one.
Rule Number Three: Always obey rule number two, all other rules are meant to be broken.

Sorry, I responded to this earlier and then lj ate my comment.

You forget, of course, the Older Sister's Code. We are required to alternate between causing happiness and misery, therefore making the contrast between the two states more obvious and giving us more ways to mess with our brother's heads.

Further proof that men can never understand women because we just aren't sneaky enough. This Older Sister's Code is just too complicated for us. We prefer straight forward mayham.

This conversation is making me glad I don't have an older sister.

Oh yeah, we older sisters are evil.

And to think, I'm the nice one in my family.

Oh I know, that's what's disturbing. So what does the older sister code say about younger sisters?

Pretty much the same thing as it does with little brothers, with refinements to make it work against a sister rather than a brother.

We really are evil. We only play nice to try to throw you off.

And to think, I have three little brothers to torment!
