Yay, I'm feeling better!

I was still feeling somewhat bad this morning, and thus I headed into Philosophy intending to be quiet and just listen. That lasted all of oh, five seconds before I dived head first into the debate. On the positive side, by the time I left class I was feeling just fine.

And I just got done with doing my share of the voting for the Hufflepuff awards. I did get nominated this time, and for several things. I got scared about the time I saw my name on the list for favorite oldie. I haven't been around long enough to be an oldie, have I? Luckily, going from the voting so far I don't think I'll win anything, which means that my head won't spontaneously combust from blushing so much. But just the fact that some people liked me or thought I fit some of the catagories enough to nominate me is cool.

About two and a half terms, I think. I applied midway through term four. I know that's more than many, but I don't feel like an oldie yet.

You know, Monday is usually a day of the week without any redeeming value. However, given that there is a Sharks game today, things were looking up. I still needed a good laugh.

Then I hear you claim that you won't debate in a class...

I have laughed on a Monday, maybe the Cubs will win the Series this year.

*grins* Glad to know I amuse. But really, I woke up so hoarse I couldn't speak, though my voice came back after a couple of cups of tea. At the time I thought I wasn't going to be able to speak enough to debate in class.
