May. 31st, 2006 01:52 pmOkay, now that I'm more awake, I can post something that requires coherent thought.
I saw this floating around parts of my flist a while ago, anonymous comments to ten* people your flists, so here's mine. Many of these will be extraordinarily obvious, but if you're not sure and you think a comment might be directed at you, you can comment below and I'll confirm or deny.
*technically ten, but since I couldn't shut up without talking to eleven people and at that it was a struggle to stop there, well, I look at this rule as more of a guideline.
1. I highly doubt you ever read my journal, but I enjoy the silliness and insanity that runs rampant in your entries.
2. You're on of my first internet friends, but we almost never talk anymore. I miss our conversations and I miss writing together. If your life ever settles down to the point where you can talk again, drop me a comment, will you?
3. I have no idea how you found my journal or what made you friend me, but I'd be interested to find out.
4. *hugs* You are one of the best friends I've ever had. Never stop being who you are!
5. *hugs* See number four? Same to you. Between the two of you, high school was far better than it had any right to be.
6. I've loved your writing since before I joined livejournal, and now that I hear about the rest of your life, I'm only more impressed by you.
7. Reading your entries consistantly makes me smile, because you are such a wonderful person and your writing and life reflects that. For that alone I'd be thankful, but you're also where I heard about H_E, and I'm very grateful for that as well.
8. Every once in a while, I run across someone who says something which captivates me, and i know that if I don't befriend them I'll regret it for the rest of my life. You're one of those people, and I'm glad I took the initiative in getting to know you.
9. You were a mentor to me back on the board, and I enjoy every time we talk. Thank you for being who you are.
10. If the only thing I gained from my watching of Firefly and brief dip into that fandom was you as a friend, it would so be worth it. I always enjoy seeing your entries.
11. There are so many wonderful things I could say about you, so many times when I've been grateful to know you that I don't even know where to begin. You are so fun, and I'm glad to have met you and stayed friends with you across three major fandoms.
