Sorting wank gives me a bad taste in the back of my mouth.

I'm sorry, arielchan, that I had to squib your friend, but I couldn't sort her based on her application. And her reply to me, even if I really strive to not assume anything about her tone of voice, just made it less likely that I would find a house for her. I did at least try to be polite in my replies to her.

Gah. I hate it when sorting gets personal.

I have no issue with you guys. I said it in my post. I understand your perrogative is to vote how you see fit. The only people I have a problem with are the ones being rude. You are not rude. Rude is this:

"you sure are bitchy.

no thx."

or

"Pensieve misspelled = auto-Squib." (A concept I've always thought was F-ed up)

Also, Tanya seems to have lightened up a lot in her responses to people on the last couple of pages. Last night we were both very upset by this whole thing, and she and I both got a little abrasive, but I think that sort of thing is bound to happen when you think you've done a good job on something and people disagree rather forcefully. I could point to the one vote that really started upsetting us, but I don't want to point fingers at other members.
