I spent today surrounding myself with words of deep wisdom. And also with a beautiful monastery on the edge of the Hudson river. ( Read more... )

One of the brothers, though I'm not sure he was present, or at least I wasn't introduced to him, was a calligrapher. Throughout the monastery there were calligraphic prints he had done of words of wisdom and insight. My favorites:
